The Massachusetts MOLST project office is pleased to offer a series of MOLST Technical Assistance Conference Calls and Webinars to assist clinical care institutions with MOLST implementation.

1. Technical Assistance Conference Calls are 60-minute interactive discussions about MOLST implementation, policy development, using the MOLST form, training staff about MOLST, frequently asked questions, and resources from the MOLST Expansion Project.
2. We request that you submit questions for discussion before the conference call (please specify the call date) via MOLST Email.
3. Sign up soon. Capacity is limited to 50 callers.  If multiple people in your institution will attend, please call in on a single line.
